Where a club's facts matter — designer, year opened, course configuration, membership model — we draw them from the club's own materials, official records, or established public reporting, and we attribute or omit anything we cannot stand behind. Access, dues, initiation costs, and conditions change constantly, so we point you to the club to confirm current specifics rather than freeze a number that will be wrong by next season.
How we source facts
No unsourced facts. Course architecture, opening dates, and membership structure come from primary or official sources with a date where we have one; everything uncertain is flagged in plain language. We do not stage first-hand claims we did not earn — you will not read “we played the back nine” or an invented star rating on this site, because we have not, and we do not publish fabricated ratings or review schema. When the public record is thin — as it is for a pre-opening club — we say so and write around the gaps instead of inventing detail to fill them.
Our independence
This site carries no paid placements. There are no advertisements, no sponsored or “featured” club units, no booking widgets, no affiliate or referral links, and no lead-capture forms anywhere on amara.golf. We do not sell coverage, rankings, or position, and we do not accept payment from clubs, developers, brokerages, or agents in exchange for what we write. That is structural: this property is editorial on purpose, and no money is permitted to bend a ranking, a profile, or a sentence. If that ever changed, it would be labeled unmistakably — but on this site it does not change, because the whole point of it is to be the unbought read.
